@Gerrit Harner That's great news about clubs in the area, I looked earlier on the forums for any meetings that were happening in Spokane and came up with one that gets together every 3rd Wednesday of the month. They just formed in January of this year. Sounds like this seminar is gonna have some fantastic information and I would love to attend. I can certainly make it tonight and saturday, but I have a prior engagement on friday. I look forward to meeting you!

Hello BP!! New to the site and pretty new to REI. I do own a couple of properties, but certainly don't know what I am doing yet. I have made lots of mistakes over the years and hopefully I have learned from them. I look forward to learning so much from this site and furthering my goals as a REI. I am currently an electronics technician working for the government for 20 plus years and have been in the maintenance field for the 10 years previous to that. I look forward to meeting all of you and making new relationships here on BP.
