Not knowing anything about them did you check with the state to make sure they are a registered company and if they are raising $ did you check to see if they had a fund or any accreditation’s?

 Thank you Chris for you input. if i will invest there, i will chack what you suggested

@Amit P.
Hi Amit, got this recommendation as well from the BP member.
Have you checked the option of investing in notes?

@Natasha Hunter
Dear Natasha

Thank you very much for all the recommendations. I'll check with Scott Carson.

Maybe I'll suggest Scott Carson to  open  branch in Israel ;)  There are many investors from Israel investing in the United States, In all types of real estate. But almost no one had heard of the notes.

All groups you have listed are facebook groups?

What do you think about these sites -

bankprospector, paperstac, fci exchange, etc.

Is this also a way to buy the notes or is it better to buy in another way?

My experience in real estate is in rent.

I'm interested in learning the subject of the notes.

What is the best way to learn how to do it in practice? Recommended book / course.

The strategy I want to follow is to buy non-paying mortgages, help borrowers get back on track and then sell at a profit.

Thank you
