So I'm a new agent and just trying to plant as many seeds as I can to get the ball rolling.  I just purchased a few ad spaces on Facebook and was wondering if any other real estate agents have had any success from doing so? Any leads or deals come from it and if so, what type of ad did you Boost?

Dude you have to buy ASAP in LA county in my opinion.  Those prices over there are only going to go higher and higher.  I used to rent in Redondo Beach and Lakewood for a few years before moving back to the East Coast. Also was a delivery driver for Nestle out of Chatsworth and Carson so I would say to check out Encino or Tarzana area if you want to stay in the Valley.  Canoga Park has some decent rentals in that area as well.

Yea I was looking on their site a few days ago.  Wasn't sure if that was the Go-To site or if there was a better one out there or not.

I'm a REA and also looking to get into Wholesaling.  So I want to do marketing for Wholesaling which I feel can open the door for both avenues but not sure where to go to order.  Any advice?
