Are there any real estate meetups in the Southbay cities and/or Santa Monica that exist for agents to gather and mentor/discuss real estate/share listings, etc.? If anyone would be interested in attending a biweekly event like this, I would be open to setting it up. Just wanting to get a general idea of interested Realtors, as I personally cover the Southbay area so it would be nice to see. It certainly doesn’t have to be limited to agents, anyone involved in the real estate industry would be welcome to take part. The more connections, the better!
