the reason for this idea is that the agent usually very pushing, kind of want to do some research and even want to do it by myself.

I looked at some of the features,it really tells something more than agent can advise,if I plan to buy, but not sure when to hire an agent ,what would you suggest?

if it is possible , save big bug for agent cost

Recently, many websites in Great Toronto Area comes up with all sorts of real estate information like bungol.ca  one of them, trying to enable people to study and find their property by self-studying , not going through real estate agent, do you really y think  is feasible?
