So I recently moved to Georgia for work living in an apartment complex. The apartment is roach infested. My wife is terrified and allergic to roaches; I have a 10 month old that crawls around and attempted to chase a roach. How can I go about getting out of this lease?

Nice to see someone investing close to Orangeburg. My wife and I have be looking to invest in this area for quite some time but had to take a step back because we had a new addition to the family. Would love to hear how this property is working out so far.
