I want to keep my investments close to home, so I made those key words my surrounding cities. Any suggestions on key words that work for you guys?

Hi everyone, (or whoever reads this post)
I'm new to BP, not so new to RE. But I'm glad I found this site!!!!
My name is Daniel. I own a small tree service business in LA/OC, and got into real estate thinking I can better leverage $ than putting it in the stock/bond market.
I own a couple SFH's, and I've been thinking what to do next. That's when I found this site a few weeks ago. After listening to a handful of the podcasts and a dozen articles and posts, I thought I'd give this a shot. Maybe even upgrade to a PRO account!
I hope/expect to find BP a valuable tool, and as much, I hope to be of some value to others!
