I use the pocket app to save full articles. Sometimes I copy and paste, or take a screen shot of key points in an article.

All of the responses in this forum are extremely helpful! I also plan to househack my primary residence soon. However, I am on the fence about renting out one or both of my spare rooms. Has anyone had experience renting to two tenants/roommates in their home? Thanks
