Books I recommend on flipping houses are How to fix and flip and estimating rehab costs by J Scott. Value filled information that goes into detail on the process of flipping houses. Then once your equipped understand how to analyze deals, and now your equipped with some knowledge so a mentor is more likely to help you out!
