Hi Everyone,
Are there any wholesalers on here, in the Bay City, MI area? I'm looking for a flip project for a cash buyer.
Thanks!

Hey @Robert Walter,
I grew up in Bay City and was a supervisor for Chemical Bank's REO Dept in Midland. I've owned multi units in Bay City, but am a wholesaler/Realtor in Grand Rapids.
I have access to the Bay City MLS and can help with comps if needed or introduce you to some local investors.
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help you get rolling!

Thanks @Stuart Birdsong,
My main concern is working in a traditional agent/client relationship, when referring properties to investors. Most investors want me to provide the projected future value of the property after the complete the rehab.
By projecting the After Repair Value, it seems like it opens me up to more liability, because I'd be providing investment advise, if for some reason the ARV is not accurate.
I could see it there was a malicious intent or is the agent was grossly negligent, but I wanted to see if is a good idea or over kill to implement a holds harmless agreement.
Thanks for your help.
