Hi BP community,

We're coming to Las Vegas from Australia and would love to meet-up with anyone who's:

 - A wholesaler

 - A realtor

 - A bird dog

 - From a title company

 - Hard money lender / Mortgage broker

 - A Property manager

 - Open to joint ventures

 - Anyone who has (multi-family) experience in the area

We're looking at multi family units primarily and would like to get an 'On the Ground' feel for the market.

We land on Sunday 12th and leave on Saturday 18th June. Sunday from about 1pm and all day Monday are good. Then most evenings upto Friday.

Thanks in advance.

Simon

@Deborah Tuck This one might be of interest...

@Annette Hibbler that sounds like a great recipe for success, steering clear of the danger zones that is!

We've almost finished the LLC process and are in the process of a US bank account so we're marching on.

Where's your 'Brit' from in the UK?

@Deborah Tuck Maybe we could get a Google group or Skype thing going?

Sounds like you're full steam ahead in Ohio! How deep do your reno's go? Sml/Med/Lge? and are you looking to flip or hold once it's finished?

I love this place! So many interesting people with such varied stories about what they're doing differently in different areas. SOOOO much info, I guess I need to keep looking past the 'Analysis Paralysis' that can be the blight of many a potential investor.

We're also looking at Charlotte as a potential investment market, can anyone give me us heads up as to what the market has been like for the last few years in terms of Fix n Flip and Fix n Hold strategies?

Also any areas that we should stay away from?

Cheers

Simon

Hey guys,

we're also looking in the Florida (Jacksonville and possibly Pensacola) market for investing in a similar way to @Ronald Parker and would love to get some more thoughts on those areas.

Which would be better for Fix N Flip and Which for Buy N Hold in your expert opinions?

We'd also be looking for Property managers, Realtors and Contractors in those areas if anyone has good, reliable and honest people they could recommend?

Thanks guys

@Steve G. I've dropped you a P.M. Cheers

Good work on the 'Already Investing' David. We're still in the 'Research' phase of it all and getting closer every day.

What strategies are you using? Flip/BuyNHold/FixNFlip?

Also, the rest of you have come in with some amazing advice! No matter how many people i've talked to (it's a lot), there's always something new to take away.

So thank you all for sharing your experiences with us as I know it takes more than a few minutes to write some of these posts!
