Good morning BP!

I am a Coast Guardsman with 15 years of service from Melbourne, FL that is currently stationed in Cape May, NJ. I am extremely excited for the opportunities to invest in real estate and create a company/brand that I can pass on to my children. 

I have limited experience and knowledge in real estate and business. I started a property preservation business in Jacksonville. FL back in 2009 which I sold latter that year because, and this sounds silly, it was too successful. 

OK, so what do I want to do? Well, that is a great question. There is so many different things that I want to do but I feel I may be limited because I'm in the military and I'm at the mercy of Uncle Sam when it comes to geographic stability and spare time. I have a couple self directed IRAs that I just rolled over and they are dying to be used as either a small hard money lender or something else. I like the idea of wholesaling because I seriously lack the knowledge and connections needed to do a buy and flip.

My end goal is to retire in Brevard County, FL and build a passive income with a couple rental properties while buying and flipping other properties. As you can see I'm in need of some direction and need a place to start concentrating my studies so I can break into the business.

I am so happy a community like this exists and have already been reading tons of articles, blogs and posts. Thank you and I can't wait for the adventure!
