Hello all,

I've been looking in the forums for an answer but haven't come across anything.

Everything I read says to find the Executor's address and send to them directly, but what about just labeling the envelope to 'Executor of Estate' followed by the decedent's address? Someone that has interest in the estate surely has to pick up the mail.

Any thoughts on the subject?

Thanks

Thank you Carlos, I'll look into that right now.

Thank you all for your responses. If I have to buy a property that is already in good shape, the cost to purchase will no doubt be high. With that being said, chances are I wont even be able to break even every month. As far as monthly rents collected go, how far off of breaking even is acceptable? That probably isnt an easy question to answer, but I dont want to regret any deal I get into.

Hello everyone!

I want to get into the Buy and Hold style of REI. Unfortunately, I dont know a whole lot about the financing programs available to me and how, if at all, I could use them to purchase a multifamily unit. Hopefully someone here on BP can shed some light on the subject. Thanks!
