I have a house under contract but the seller lives in another state. Can I still wholesale the contract? How would I go about it?

Hello and welcome! My advice is to soak up all the knowledge you can from here! But also don't spend every minute in front of the screen reading because in order for you to make this work.... You do have to take steps! If you just read you wont succeed! I can't wait to hear more about your journey and just remember your financial freedom is just around the corner!! Wow Michael Quarles..... All I have to say is I just gained a lot of respect for you. I know this is an old thread but I ran across it from a google search for cheap direct mail yellow letters. I just started wholesaling this year on March 9 because of my cousin happened to tell me about it on March 7. At that time I had an alright job and didn't really pay any mind to it because I recently learned I was going to be a father in the every near future! Needless to say on my birthday March 9 I got laid off. So now with very little money, no job, and a baby on the way I said what the heck and dove in. I just crossed my one month anniversary with wholesaling and must say I love it. I also love I get to encounter people like you that I would have probably never crossed paths with otherwise. Now a days it is rare for people to have a heart for others anymore and it seems like they are forgetting their calling from the lord. Anyways enough about the rambling. I just had to say that as soon as I can save enough money to use your product you will have a customer for life. Hats off to you have my respect Mr. Quarles. Thanks for giving me the proof that people are still good out there. Keep on rocking it Michael and I appreciate all of your information and responses you have shared with us all! God Bless

Just starting to launch a major marketing campaign. I just sent out 1500 yellow letters and was wondering how else I should market. I'm debating on using bandit signs (in the Michigan area) or not. Any input would be appreciated!

Haha Exactly right Eric Hettena and thank you very much. With only 4 months to go I think the smell of motivation is being replaced by urgency and action which is a pretty powerful thing!
