@Daniel Hornsby Orlando Centeno I have done Yellow letter mailing, squeeze pages, craigslist adds, cold calling, driving for dollars, and handing out biz cards. I got this lead from one of my web pages.

@Cheryl Butler The easiest way I found to create a buyers list is simply create a squeeze page website. I used Freedomlogic but that cost money. And posted ads on Craigs list and a link to that web page. PM me and ill give you the links to see how its set up. (sorry if thats against the rules anyone. Please notify me if it is and I will take that down)

@Bryan K. I was introduced to this by my cuz Brian back on March 7, 2013 and actually got laid off from my job on March 9, 2013 (My Bday) So I started the following week Monday.

@Byron K. I was intially thinking about wholesaling and still am but I my have to just rehabb and rent or sell it myself.

@Jenkins Ramon If anyone would like to see the before pics shoot me a pm with your email and I will send you an invite to Joomeo page with the album. The seller was originally asking 6500 and has to sell in 9 days before he leaves the country for work. So I signed the contract for 4000. But after calling for an investor inspection and having to rush to get one I called the owner back and we are reneogtiating to 3500. The rehab looks cosemtic mostly and because of my connections I can get the flooring installed for about 900 dollars (600sf total) and painting for probably about 500 just the inside. It also needs a new bathtub so roughly 600-700 and a new backdoor so another 122. It would be a striaght cash trans.

Hey guys just wanted to say I GOT MY FIRST HOME UNDER CONTRACT!!!!! OMGOODNESS IM EXCITED! It’s outside of Grand Rapids which is what I was originally looking for but the deal popped up in Kalamazoo and I decided to swing at it anyways! :) I can barely sit still lol I’m so pumped! I just didnt want you guys to think I gave up so I had to update.
