Fix and flip loans are so easy and fast to do. For a quick flip you don't have to worry about any prepayment penalty or more paperwork. 

It is very easy to close in your LLC with a DSCR loan. Lenders will still look at your credit score for the loan.

You might want to look into DSCR or hard money loans. Both of them don't look into your DTI.
