The rate is great. It is hard to give that up. Could you potential do a midterm rental or turn it into a padsplit?

Hey Sam! I think there is no definite timeline to get to 100 doors. There is so many factors that go into it. The purchase price, do the rehabs go over, do the refinances take longer, how long it takes to place the right tenant, etc. It is a great goal. Excited to see how your real estate journey unfolds.

Hi Jacob! I would start out rehabbing properties then expand from there. It can take way less time and no have as many obstacles to jump through. 

Hey Benjamin! I would figure out how much the rehab is then look at the market rents. Then do your calculations with an estimated future refinance and see if it makes sense. We have a free tool that will help. Would love to connect!
