@Ramone Reese Are you referring to the Detroit area? I'm interested in learning about how they have bounced back since the bankruptcy. We're still trying to do our due diligence in learning right now and picking a niche, hopefully we'll have cash in the game in 3 months.  Profit...the more the better! A flip for 25k profit on 4 months turnaround would be nice...

@Matt Geerts I feel like finding 150k properties for short term profitable investment is non existent in Ontario. I was thinking if I could cash deposit the the credit and buy properties for cash in America and flip them quickly I would be able to get started? I don't know what's riskier!

Hello!

I am new to investing and would like to start doing flips the sooner the better. I've heard that the US has much more potential than Canada.  Can anyone share their experience flipping in southern Ontario?  Are there good retail deals(areas )?  

I also really need contacts to a solid cross border accountant and lawyer if someone can recommend.  I have some capital 30k and can borrow 100k short term ( credit).  Any one willing to offer their advice on how they got started with US infesting or provide a link on reading materials of a list of to dos would be greatly appreciated!
