@Account Closed are you investing in the Las Vegas market? I'm an investor in the area and would love to connect.
IMO, I'd rather put 20% down on multiple properties. I prefer the idea of outward expansion.

Hey group, I have been following Bigger Pockets for awhile now. I bought my first deal in September 2016 and I'm currently house hacking.
I live next to the strip in Las Vegas Country Club. I'm very interested in becoming a real estate investor and would like to meet people in Vegas/Henderson who have similar interests.
