Hi Mike,
You may want contact the company holding your 401K and find what options they offer for loans. In most cases there are stringent requirements and tax issues for withdrawals but they offer a loan program with pretty reasonable interest and terms. After all you're borrowing that money from yourself.

Hello Paul,
Thank you for the information. I've read a number of Robert Kiyosaki's and Ken Mcelroy's books. Lately I find myself here in this community hungry for all the knowledge that's offered.

My name is Tom Reynolds I live in Deland, Florida. I've been lurking in the shadows for some time and now ready to moving forward toward the light. The amount of help and information found on this site has been overwhelming. Real estate investment has been a long time goal for me. I have limited experience but I'm eager to learn. I currently have offers on a duplex & a single family with a plan to hold four rental units by the end of the year, each producing a positive cash flow. Thanks to all of you for your help and encouragement.
