Welcome! I live on the east side of cincinnati and work downtown. Welcome to BP. I am a buy and hold investor closing on my second property. I am a few years out of college as well. Although I couldn't be a mentor, like minded folk should stick together and I would be in the market for an accountant. Welcome again!

Has anyone else experienced this in the Midwest with the heavy winter. Just about every window has a crack coming from the corner on the wall. Anyone dealt with this? I think the previous owner did some bandaids before. Any help is appreciated.

I am interested in a quad which uses a boiler. Installing central air would be basically impossible and the units have window AC. Are there any alternatives or is it window unit or bust? Moreover, if the window unit is my only option, how have you made it look more appealing from the curb as well as the inside?

I currently am not interested in a shed at the moment but legally I am safe if they share storage for right now?

Is tenant storage of belongings required legally? Also does the space have to be separated for each tenant. Have a basement where my tenant and I share the space but want to make sure when I leave and bring in a new tenant, everything is legal.
I cannot reach the subfloor on the second floor without pulling up the hardwood.
