Depends on level of experience but we invest in mortgage notes and pay very well, which attracts excellent talent
@Chris Seveney are we talking $75, $100, $120K +/-, etc?

@Sean T. thanks for the prospective of individual analysis. Also, I had written off DSCR loans because I was told these were complicated and there were better finance options out there. It sounds like you've used DSCR financing. I'd like to learn more about these. I'm starting my research with BP's old threads and the education area. Do you have any resources you'd recommend starting with as I learn about this?
DSCR "can" be complicated but for the most part it isn't too much different than any other loan type. There will be things to be aware such as reserves, minimum amounts, balloon payments, prepayment penalties, etc. I would just start by calling around and keep it as a back door option.

How are you handling PM for the property? I'm assuming from your location you are in NYC.

You really need to look at each indiv. property in a complete way. Package or not, its just indiv. properties.
The good news, you can usually negotiate a great deal or just take the best of the bunch.
Financing isn't much of an issue with a DSCR loan but the lender will want details for every door.

Hey Team, curious if anyone out there has any recent info on salaries/bonuses for asset managers.
Bonus points if managing across multiple states.
Any info is appreciated.
Thanks all.
