@Adam Odom Tax Certificates are one my company's main verticals and there are a couple options outside of what you have posted here. @Ned Carey has a great point that you can set the reserve # at auction to one that makes sense financially for you. Another option is to find individuals or companies like myself who will buy late stage Certificates on the secondary market (which we do and also broker to all the major Certificate investment companies in the US). We created the largest secondary market for Tax Liens in the country and would be happy to help.
