I am not from Arkansas but I lived there while in college. I am interested in returning there to do some investing. I'm in PA now. I was not sure about how real estate is going there. I have been reading the newspapers online and reconnecting with friends. How are things going for you? I am looking in Little Rock and Pine Bluff as well as surrounding areas.

My interests are in foreclosures. I am looking to work in the NY, NJ, PA and yes, AR area. I have no clue what I am supposed to do though. I am eager to get started but of course, I want to do it right. I am having a hard time at work and know that the best revenge is SUCCESS!! I have always wanted to take this step but have been hesitant. I have never failed at anything but because this is new, I want to make sure I am clear on everything. So, foreclosures and flipping is what I'm thinking of for now....the sky is definitely the limit!! :groovy:

Hi all,
I'm new to this forum. I found it by accident and am happy I did. I am in the social services field and am burned out! I am interested in working for myself full-time. I have a lot of questions and hope I've come to the right place. Thank you in advance for all of your help!!

Hey Handsdown,
I'm from Orange County, NY as well. I am looking into the NY, NJ, and PA area. I am still learning. I am reading and attended a PA REI club meeting. It was helpful. You should try that too. Good luck.... :D

I am interested in moving into real estate with no money down. I've read your posts but am still confused. Need a little guidance. I am looking in NY, NJ, and PA. Also, have some contacts in AR and may be interested doing some there. Looking to do wholesaling..... :superman:
