My biggest fear is that I will keep reading and learning but never actually be comfortable enough to plunge into an investment....I have success in my current profession and would like to have that success in real estate... :goofy:
I want to make the next move and was wondering if it made sense to get a mentor. I am reading and reading. I've attended a few meetings but still have so MANY questions............is a menotr a good idea??

My goals for 2007 are to free myself from full time gig by learning all I can about REI. I became licensed as an agent in NY and am looking to use what I learn from that to aid me in the investment side. I am like a spong trying to absorb all I can.............success to all! I've already claimed success so now it's my job to make it happen!!
I am new to this and have been at this computer and reading books about REI for about two weeks. I am trying to learn all that I can so I can make a move too! It's a good thing because it's all about financial freedom...the joy of working for yourself. Right now the 9-5 pays the bills but eventually I will be able to walk away.....stay focused and keep learning and then you will be free of your full-time gig!!
