I haven't been on in a while and don't have time to read through the forums that could probably be of assistance. I don't have all of the info yet but I know one thing.........my friend's home is going into foreclosure July 10th if she doesn't come up with 32k that she doesn't have. It's a horrible situation.
It's in Upstate NY, about an hour from NYC. I need to know how to direct her. I don't have the $ to help her and the days are drawing near. The 32k comes from backpayment. The house was paid for but she allowed an idiot to take a loan out on it and of course, he never made a payment on it. I know this is all over the place because I don't know what questions to ask. Is there anyone that can help me with the little info I gave? I'm trying to get more info today............. :crying:

Yes, get an attorney. I actually just acquired one myself. He doesn't have to put up with it no matter what.....

Hey......I'm currently going through something similar and refuse to be treated this way. Encourage your dad to get out. I'm sure he's afraid because he's used to that paycheck, as am I, but I can't be mistreated! I am leaving my job in a few months. I am younger than he is but like Jorge says, the age, race, etc. doesn't matter. He doesn't have the strength so you be his strength. Once you get one good/great deal, then he'll believe! I am afraid too because I'm starting all over but most of the time when you do......it's much better!! I'm ready to be in charge of my own life...........and if your pray, pray!!

What I don't understand is why Sam's real estate agent (Angie??) now has her own show on A & E. I mean, she was the one who put the SOLD signs on the sign. I don't get it!! She may not have been stealing the way he has been but does that mean she reaps the reward of her own show because he was caught?? I guess so...........she should be off the air!! :protest: :protest: :protest: :protest:
