Hi, yes we changed directions and listed as a duplex last week. We have had 2 showings last week and 3 coming up this week.

hi @Randa Lake yes, absolutely! We own a few rental properties in Merion Village and have had great success finding awesome tenants. It’s definitely a strong option. 

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback! We will hold out for a bit then consider a price drop! We own a duplex that we rent in the area and get $1400 a side so worst case we just do that and have a great ROI!

I am looking for advice from local real estate agents or investors with market condition knowledge. I listed my first large flip a few weeks ago in Merion Village Columbus OH. Our real estate agent and her broker swears up and down we are priced correctly and says the market has “unexpectedly slowed to a halt and that things aren’t moving” any insight into this?! I own approximately 14 rental properties in the Columbus, OH area that I self-manage. I am looking for recommendations on a lawn care company to service the rental properties as well as a handyman to call for repairs/maintenance issues.
