Our goals for 2020 at Memphis Investment Properties are: 

1- Sell 400 Turnkey Properties

(We did 264 in 2019)

2- Buy 2 100-200+ unit Multifamily Properties

3- Hire 7 additional staff members: Renovation Manager, Sales Manager, Transaction Coordinator, Virtual Assistant, Acquisitions Manager, and a Marketing Director

Each month for the past 3.5 years I calculate my net worth. I pull every credit card, every bank account, every loan I have on a property, every IRA/401k account put, every bank account, and put it all onto one spreadsheet. Review our annual goals and family goals. Then I track month over month how much it has grown or gone down. Then I give an "executive summary" to my wife about where we are at. It gets the conversation started and has been very helpful to help us be more aware.

Improve our team and hire 5 more key employees in: marketing, acquisitions, transaction coordination, Sales and Rehab

Memphis TN I packed up and moved my whole family here because it was such a great rental market. Its had steady appreciation as well over the past three years and lots of economic upswing. The rent to value ratio is still one of the highest on in the country.
