I am Sean Tagge I recently bought my first duplex a month ago and live in one unit and rent out the other ("house hacking"). I am looking for other investors, RE agents, rehabbers, wholesalers to work with on my future deal. I am currently looking to find some fix n flip houses in the SLC area.

Hello BP Community,

I am new to BP. I started out by reading "How to make a million dollars from real estate" about 3 months ago and have been obsessed with real estate ever since. I've listened to many podcasts and read many articles about RE. I recently purchased my first duplex a month ago. I am "house hacking" it. I also am doing a few repairs myself on the unit I am living in. I am now looking to find my first fix n flip house somewhere around SLC. 

My Dad is a real estate broker (Tagge Real Estate Group). I use him to help me find deals on the MLS and to make offers ect.

I would love to get to know other people in all aspects (agents, investors, rehabbers, property managers, money lenders ect..) of real estate around me. Please contact me I would love to chat on BP or meet up.
