I have seen properties over priced by the so call wholesaling companies. Do your own due diligence.

Shawn try using a mortgage company. They do shop around for you. And I have been told some lenders will loan to someone with 50% DTI... When I had issues with traditional banks, I went with a mortgage company and they got the deal done!

Can someone enlighten me on using Line of Credit as a down payment on a property? My understanding is that the line of credit will count towards the DTI ratio. Will like to know how the whole process works. Thanks in advance. Stanley A.
