hello B.p family I have this old solid brick multi unit building in a D area that needed a haul out of trash. The roof structure and foundation are also solid. What I need is a contractor team that is hard working and not over priced. I'm sure do to area and age I will need a great plumber and electrician.  Re painting, sheet rock the normal. I have done renovation before but never multi unit. If anyone can point me to some people that can help my mission. I am all ears. The end goal is cash flow section 8 

I knew I want tone an investor when I close on my first personal home and the flipper/seller made 90k at closing direct deposit into his account. I walked away with a 30 year mortgage. I said then I will be on the other side of the table. 9 months later I bought my first investment property.
