I’m a real estate broker and service Greer SC. It’s one of my favorite markets!

There are plenty of cash flowing opportunities in the Charlotte market. I see them and send them to my investor clients weekly. Now, they’re not $1000/month cash flow but we’re seeing $100+ for long term unfurnished rentals. More, if you plan to self-manage. MTRs and STRs are more profitable and even though we specialize in that department, it doesn’t work for any and every property.

I actually disagree with a lot of people on here but I’m fairly local and am familiar with the Columbia SC market.

I’m a realtor and investor based in Charlotte NC but am licensed and service SC. We’re personally currently focusing on Columbia because we see the potential for equity AND despite popular opinion here, we find plenty of deals that can cash flow too.

Still buying in the Charlotte market! Less focused on cash flow, though it’s still there for homes that are priced right, and more focused on appreciating markets.

Reach out to @Maranda Tucker. You’ll be glad you did!! She is a breath of fresh air in this space and will serve your right!

Im local to Charlotte and also practice in SC. I’m a BIG fan of the potential equity growth in this market. There’s so much happening in our outer markets and the migration rate is high.

I’m also a big fan of Spartanburg, Greenville and Columbia SC. Though the taxes are a bit of a burden on investors, it helps to keep investment competition low and rentals demand high.

We use Ed Adams owner of Adams & Associates out of NJ. They own rental properties and STRs as well so they’re well-versed. 609 989 9800

We manage a handful of properties remotely (however most of ours are local to Charlotte market) and we keep actual keys in a lockbox in case batteries die or any malfunction. We don’t give guests the code. It is there for emergency purposes only.

Good for you for starting your journey! I'm in NC, based out of Charlotte. What is your ideal strategy? Flips, LTR, MTR, STR?

I’d love to connect!

@Nicole Heasley Beitenman we work with insurance companies and relocation companies. They almost always request 3-4 bedroom homes in our market.
