Thank you so much! I appreciate this advice. How did you find your lender when you did refinance? Should I be looking for lenders that specifically lend on BRRRR properties?

Hello All! I am looking to purchase my first BRRRR, I am confused on how I go from a hard lender to a refinance. Do I find the bank in advance before I even buy the home to know the terms and to know how long I need to have the hard money loan? I'm sure this seems like a stupid question but I am new and am not sure!! I understand everything else outside of this particular question.
