I have an owner occupied townhome in my name that has about 40% equity in it. I am planning on moving out and adding it to my rental portfolio.
However, I need that cash I have in the house. One solution that comes to mind is to refinance into an IRA. Is it possible to do this?
TL:DR I need to pull out a significant portion of the equity I have in a property. Can I refinance it with IRA funds, thus pulling my unregulated cash out of the property?

Lesley - I am highly interested in the Quad in San Marco. I am represented by Brad Armagost of ERA but I do my own research.
Could you give me the the address and other relative information so I can run the numbers? Also, this area did suffer some flooding from Irma. Do you know how it weathered the storm?
