With the coming real estate market changes so many people have been asking, “Can you still invest in real estate if the market crashes?” The short answer is YES, but you have to be VERY strategic.

Since we're moving on up from the flipping game into investment advisment, we needed a way to continue to teach new people flipping without creating one of those crazy expensive courses. Turns out, a mix of social posts, videos, and Meetups are a fantastic way to do that on a larger scale. Thanks to Patreon we can crowdsource the cost of our time so everyone can benefit from our teaching. This Meetup and one private Meetup every month, will be part of that plan. Join us for coffee & networking! Some of us have busy schedules and can't always make it to the big meeting on the 4th Wednesday, so we do a coffee MeetUp the Saturday before to meet everyone. We have a very diverse crowd that shows up ready to make deals -- so bring plenty of business cards! It may be early, but it is very much worth coming for new and experienced investors alike.

Parking: The Mission Inn Hotel offers valet with an entrance on the south side of the hotel. The self parking garage on 6th Street is available at an hourly rate. There is also plenty of parking on the street. All street parking is free after 5PM.
