Investor friendly Realtor here looking to partner with Investors. I plan on hunting for off market listings and would also like to partner on some deals eventually.  Willing to do low cost listings in exchange for mentoring as well.  Of course I can assist with on market houses as well. Open to ideas as to how we can partner up as well! [email protected] or 214-244-9516

Hi David,

Please email me at [email protected]. I would like to start searching for you both on the MLS and off market. Please let me know price range, locations, etc

I am a Realtor looking to help investors find properties that could be on the MLS, but more likely will be off market.

I am also looking to shadow fix and flip investors, and eventually partner on some deals.  I could work in exchange for reduced commissions buying/selling homes for the mentoring.

@Fred Heller  Hi Fred, I see you are licensed in Texas and are working with investors.  As you are aware, Texas has made the disclosure laws stricter for wholesalers.  I am licensed and wanted to find properties for investors without wholesaling.  Trying to determine the best way to contract these deals and wondering what you’re advice would be? Using a 6% listing agreement, non representation agreement, and simply state in TREC contract “buyers are paying real estate commission?”

Real Esales is a scam! They took me for $1400 and after 6 months I haven't received a single lead. I tried to get a refund and they state "just give it more time." Many other Realtors are telling the same story with them! Run..fast!

Hello Dallas area investors!  I am new the site, and hoping to continue to learn some things along my journey.  Experienced on the rental side, and not too interested in going that route right now, but rather would like to find a team on the flipping side of things.  I am Agent, so could contribute in that regard with finding and listing homes, but want to tag along in the details of the process for the learning experience leading toward my own flip one day!

Hi Okeoma,

I agree with Anthony, the DFW market in general is pretty hot right now.  The deals are harder to find, but with a little research there definitely is some gems out there.  I am looking for some investors to team up with.  I am an Agent, but really want to learn and contribute as well where possible.
