Do not reward a tenant for not paying his rent. March done to 101 Court street Westminster Md file a failure to pay rent. They will give you a court date right then and there.He will be served in the next couple days.He won't show up for court (probably has no car). Wait 4 business days then file warrant of restitution. When that form comes back signed by judge then call sheriff's department to schedule eviction.

all class tenants destroy my mini blinds I do charge upon departure. Just looking for ideas of something that will last longer.

Anyone else have this same problem and what do you do to fix this issue

I have a tri plex in the west end I'm about 2 blocks away from problem areas. There rental laws are strict but about normal. They passed a crime free housing law that puts blame on you. The city will fine you if there's to many police calls to your property in a year. Just make sure to check the area out first Rental returns can be great.
