Hamilton and Kitchener are great secondary cities with the ability to commute to Toronto. Prices still reasonable in my view. Both also have great potential for tech communities IMO over the next several years.

My in-laws live in Windsor and it still feels like amazing value. They’ve shown they can evolve industry beyond automotive so I think it will grow nicely in the next while, though maybe a bit longer time horizon.

@Hai Loc only acquisition right now. I like the tangibility of real estate as an alternate to my standard equity portfolio

Hello!

Excited to finally join.

I work in Tech as a software dev manager, but recently began 10 months of paternity leave.

I’m aiming to purchase my first multi family unit while I’m on leave. Currently narrowing down geographies (between Hamilton, Kitchener, and Windsor now) and working in partnership with another couple, but I wanted to connect with the community here to find like minds.

We have great access to capital, but just learning the ropes otherwise.
