OFF-MARKET, AS-IS, HOME in Monticello Park of San Antonio, Texas 78201
3 bed / 2 bath / built 1948 / detached 2-car garage / Living Area: 2,655 sqft
Great opportunity to reside in Monticello Park! While the home requires some renovation, it is far from being in disrepair; stunning hardwood floor is unveiled. The dining room features an antique chandelier. Although the kitchen is generously sized, it will benefit from remodeling. Spacious bedrooms and ample storage space. Central air conditioning was installed only a few years ago, and the electric system was recently upgraded to accommodate this improvement. Large two-car detached garage includes a small efficiency apartment with a bathroom! Some cosmetic updates are needed, this area can serve as an excellent guest quarters or a rental space.

I am not an attorney, nor do I give advice. Find one in the Yellow Pages and call one.
Everyone who isn't an attorney, tells me having an LLC will reduce the burden on your business, especially should you make a mistake and requires you to file for bankruptcy.
Many other non-attorneys tell me, you will significantly reduce your risk having an LLC. There are of course, other types, but do consult your local business attorney for thorough definitions of each.
Remember, taking no action for the betterment of your business production and revenue, is no action at all.
Good luck.

Post: Term or Permanent Life Insurance?

Quote from @Christopher Penaflor:
If somebody purchases a home and wants to make sure the mortgage gets paid off if they died pre maturely, do you think permanent or term life insurance would be the better fit? Or both?
Both provide coverage should something were to ever happen to you and are designable to provide best amount for your debts, expenses, goals, etc. Term soley focuses on protection, and depending on the provisions provided by the company, there are term policies that can convert into whole life throughout the policy's coverage period (Yes, they are out there).
Whole life, and thisbis my opinion, is one of, if not, the greatest savings strategy and tax advantage vehicle in our nation'a history. It can provide coverage and can transform into a dependable emergency fund over time, and even serve as loan for the future when it matures over the course of its policy design.
It's always good stategize and determine how much maximum premium you can put into a cash value policy without it turning into a 401k, and just serving as a dependable cash reserve --asset.
And, of course, there are so many variations of these products. Having both depends on your total expenses and situation. Talk to a life insurance agent for your current situation.
