Hello All! I’m from Chicago (McKinley Park, Bridgeport) and looking to the get into rental properties. From a strategy perspective, I think I am leaning towards buy and hold. Right now, I’m learning about the different ways to finance deals and researching good potential neighborhoods to get into. I’d love to connect with and learn from others here — All feedback and advice welcomed!

Are there any upcoming informal/formal meet ups taking place in the Southside of Chicago? I usually see a lot of suburb and northside locations, but not many southside ones. I'd love to meet up with others to network and converse on REI!
