Joshua Dorkin, I know. Just kidding. The real question is how you have time to keep an eye on us here 2 days before the summit. :)
Thanks again for providing this platform for us to learn. There is no way of knowing but I wonder how many millions of dollars of wealth have been created as a direct result of this site.

Good advice Rich.
I am really looking forward to hearing these speakers. However, past experience tells me the highlight of the convention will likely come from a conversation in the hall or in a restaurant after the formal classes are over for the day.
Goals:
1. I will come away from the weekend with two things I will implement in my business right away.
2. I will research one business model that I am not currently doing for possible future implementation.
The results of these two goals will be clearly written down before I land back at my home airport.
Stretch goal: Meet enough of the regular BP contributors to put to bed my nagging suspicion that everyone else here is a fake ID puppet controlled by Joshua Dorkin

I have not looked at any of them for a while. However, I would check Gary David Hall’s site. He reviews different CRM systems from a realtors perspective.

How does the contract read? I was involved in a deal that the offer used the wording "up to $12k"
That can make it tough to agree on what really is a closing cost.
Good luck with the deal.

Thanks for the replies. Maybe I am saying it wrong. I am not looking for unread threads. Joshua Dorkin Bikeforum.net has the feature I am referring to. By the title of each thread is a little arrow that takes you to the first new post in a thread. Just a suggestion. Thanks again for the great site.

Some message boards have a button to take you to the first post in a thread that you have not read. Does BP have that? Sure would be a time saver.

Good job Danny Day.
I would propose that this is a "warm" call. Maybe it is just a term we made up but we call fsbo and expired calls warm calling.
They have a much higher success rate than cold calling from a phone book.
Whatever you call it, Congrats.

Justin, Congratulations on the good finish in the comp. That is very respectable. We competed in one event last year. We had fun but were totally out of our league. We are casual backyard cooks and entered into a competition that had many of the big teams. We may have been the only cooks there that were Googleing a chicken recipe at 2:30 in the morning. It is an amazing group of talented people that compete in the events.
