Hello Pittsburgh BP Community,

I am an out of state investor and have 2 properties (Duplex) under contract. I am looking for recommendations on good GC's for some light rehab work needed for both properties.

If you have worked with a few that you were happy with and you do not mind sharing, I would love thier contact information as well as hear about the work they did for you.

I have not attended one of these as the timings have not been ideal. However, I hope to make it up there to one soon. 

@Katie Landis, Congrats on your purchase. I am focused in the Pittsburgh market as well and would love to connect and have a conversation, especially on the rehab of the lower unit.

 @Harjeet Bhatti, is this the same for loans below $100K?

@Ariel Jeidel, did you have your property listed someplace before ALE contacted you?

Hi BP Community! After having done some studying, I am looking to get my feet wet by investing in tenant occupied cashflow deals or multi-family buy and hold rentals. I am hoping to connect with investor friendly agents familiar with the Lehigh Valley market. I also would welcome any other guidance from those already seasoned in this market.
