It is a scientific fact that people’s gestures give away their true intentions. Yet most of us don’t know how to read body language– and don’t realize how our own physical movements speak to others.

My answer to your question is The Definitive Book of Body Language by Allan Pease. This international bestseller reveals the secrets of nonverbal communication, check it out.

To your success,

Yikes, I'll poke around and see if I can get an answer for you. Another option would be CoStar.com you can enter your unit availabilties into their availability database. This database is widely used by CRE brokers throughout the country. Also, you do not have to subscribe to their service to enter properties into their availability database. Disclaimer: I haven't used this site so I'd check reviews on it to make sure it matches your unique needs.

Hi, not sure if it'll l work for office space but it has worked beautifully with tenants.  I'm talking about a little place called Facebook Market Place. Hope that helps! It's free.

@Philip L hewitson This is if you decide to through with the windows: if your CPA does a cost segregation study for your property, you would get partial disposition for every window you replace.

@Luka Milicevic I would rent to him or her. They know the 7 year burden that comes along with an eviction so they're most likely to be on their best behavior moving forward.
