James Masotti has been investing in real estate since 2010 when he converted his primary residence in Wilmington, DE to a rental. Since then James has acquired a total of 15 rental properties, using private lenders, and completed one flip. Currently James is focusing time on improving the operational performance of his portfolio, before increasing his acquisition activity. For more background on James’ real estate investing to this point check out BiggerPockets Podcast Episode 312.

James’ full-time occupation is as a supply chain professional. He currently works for a $1.8B Belgian food company as the US Supply Chain Planning Manager. James has also previously worked in logistics, warehouse operations, supply and demand planning, procurement, and the implementation of software systems for Amazon.com, Campbell Soup Company, Perry Videx, and CSB-System International. James is recognized leader in the supply chain profession having presented at conferences in the United States and South Africa. James has been an active volunteer in the supply chain profession since 2011 and has greatly enjoyed being a regular guest lecturer at several universities on supply chain topics. James currently lives in Washington Township, New Jersey (not to be confused with the Township of Washington) with his wife Kaitlyn, their 8 month old daughter Keira, and dog CJ.

The little bit of free time James manages to find he spends at real estate networking events, with friends, playing board games, and after a 10 year hiatus has recently gotten back into competitive bowling.

Darren Sager has been a real estate investor for more than 20 years in Northern NJ. His passion has been for small multi family homes which offer easy commutes into Manhattan.

Darren started his real estate career working in Deloitte's real estate practice group with many high profile SEC clients where he learned real estate investing at a high level. He got his real estate license more than 10 years ago after no realtor understood what he was trying to do with what he had learned at Deloitte.

Darren lives for free off of his income-producing properties he's accumulated here in NJ as well as from real estate syndications he participates in. He works with other real estate investors, finding them good opportunities in Northern, NJ and continues to purchase them himself and will be sharing with the group where he sees the local market headed over the next 10-20 years.

Jason is the host of the Real Estate Investing FoundationPodcast. A platform serving to help Real Estate Investors take massive action through learning from the steps and missteps many industry pros have taken along the way.

While not podcasting, Jason manages Yarusi Holdings - a home solutions company that flips homes and operates beach side AirBNBs locally in New Jersey. Jason also manages the multifamily division of the company - Oak Capital Partners, which focuses on large multifamily assets in the Midwest and Southeast, currently hovering at 425 doors.
