Does anyone have further information on pursuing this? I received a notice from a 3rd party vender Advanced Real Estate Education closed their doors.

I would caution putting a spice rack next to the oven. Extended heat for spices isn't the best. If you use it for cookie sheets, see if you can add a shelf above the sheets to optimize storage.

starting capital.  I have a couple private investors along with our money but it's not enough to purchase something here in Anchorage, AK.  I have looked at other states to invest in but then crops in fear since we have never done this before and would have to do it long distance.

I am from Anchorage as well, attend the REX meeting and use this site for it's knowledge.  There are many books and podcasts to watch that help at ton.  I will look for you at the next REX meeting.
