I’m looking for a reliable handyman or handyman company in the Lake County, Ohio area. Ideally, someone who’s worked with investors or rental properties before and is comfortable with general repairs, turnover work, light renovations, and maintenance requests.
If you’ve had good experiences with anyone local, please drop their contact info or share your recommendation. Reliability, fair pricing, and good communication are key.

There are tons of qualified lenders and brokers on BP. Look around and see who can best accommodate your needs. I recommend est a long term relationship with one person who can continue to provide great service and competitive terms. Good luck!
