They were not. Days would go by before they returned my emails and they couldn't be contacted by phone. I had to send the seller a contract cancellation.  I bugged them for answers to legitimate questions and because they thought I was complaining too much, they grew tried of dealing with me and refunded my money ($1,000).  I pressed them because many lots I submitted were no brainers to be accepted and were not.  I was probably one of the lucky ones and got back my money.  I also asked for them to submit a few deals that were accepted in my area to prove they were legit and they never did.I now see that he is advertising to watch other "friends" of his to join their programs.  I don't believe anyone except a student they want to use for advertising, will get a lot accepted.

Thank you for posting your experience! I was considering buying into the program myself. I'm glad to know you received your money back!

Good afternoon! I'm writing to you from Miami, Florida. Excited about joining BiggerPockets and the BP Community! A little bit about myself - my real estate investing career started over a decade ago as a penniless teenager, with a dream of better life. After years of saving up for a down payment, preparation met with opportunity via a bank-owned multi-family property in 2009. I lived in one unit and rented out the other. When I cashed out last year, I realized a nine-fold appreciation over six years. I'm now in real estate wholeheartedly - full time as an agent and part-time as an investor. Life is good, and I have a feeling it will only get better!
