Post: Need help on Rent to Own Deal!

Hi BP community!
I need some guidance on how to get this rent to own deal going. I have a property in Tampa and I have found some tenants that are interested in doing a rent to own lease. Do I need to hire a RE attorney to write up the contract? If so, can anyone refer me to one? Or is there a broker out there than can help? Does it matter who I go with?
Also, does the upfront option fee have to be deposited in an escrow account?
Thank you!

Can anyone guide me on what I should do when purchasing an investment property from a for sale by owner? The purchase price has been agreed upon and I will most likely be paying for most of the closing costs. Can anyone suggest a RE lawyer to help me with the contract? Or should I just deal with the title company?
Thanks!

Agreed, should estimate $500 per month in expenses (other than insurance and tax) on the $1000k income plus vacancy etc. Also, you won't gain much equity after purchase since it is turnkey and already rehabbed.
