@Alex Jones Thank you so much for responding to my post it means a great deal. It is so important for us to show support of one another especially if we are from the same area. Congratulations on your continual success and many, many more to come as well. I think that you may be absolutely right about being diligent with my education because it will pay off in the end, but I’m not sure what are some good resources. Have you read any good books or podcasts or anything? What would you suggest for someone in my place? You didn’t mention what your background was prior to RE investing and I am very interested to hear about it and how you made your transition. I’m sure that you can give me some good insight.

@Shane W. Chapin Thats great to know! And congrats on your new found transition to earning your own financial freedom. Are you a part of any local RE associations? Or do you primarily work with a small team? I’m really anxious to get started but not sure where to.

@Tom Ott Thanks. I travel out to Cleveland periodically with family and was thinking of buying an investment property there also. What do you think about the market?

@Stephen Akindona That’s the plan. I’m filling my brain with so much information, that I need to write it all down to map things out first. I was also thinking about looking into speaking with a financial advisor first before I make any moves. I want to make smart, informed decisions.

@Account Closed Yes I too think that would be a great starter pinpoint. I am currently looking to find a good deal analyzer so that I can start checking out some deals and making offers. I need some good practice. Thanks for the insight.

@Account Closed- Hey thanks for being he first to respond to my thread! I think I want to start multi family units to start because I don’t own currently and was considering house hacking as an option. I don’t have a specific area in mind necessarily, but I was told to stay close to home initially so that I can keep a better eye on things as they progress. I like the idea of wholesaling for the short term, but long term I’m thinking of small multi family units would be a good fit for me. What do you specialize in? I would love to hear about your niche too!
