And the general contractor to perform a walk through of the spaces and provide quotes for work that needs to be done.

Hey Jack -- I actually just won a property in a bidding process in St. Louis, MO. Property roof is brand new and structure is solid. The interior has been framed out and is ready for completion. I will most definitely look into the DSCR loan for this.

@Jason Baker I am a STL native as well, born and raised, but moved a few year back for career reasons, and I am looking to do the same thing you are and invest in my city while it is on the rise. I have formed my LLC and looking to build a team as well. I would love to meet with you to talk.
